  • What is the Buzz Factory?
    The Buzz Factory is east Idaho's newest social club featuring TruGolf golf and sports simulators, a self-pour tap wall, pool, games, lounge, and more! Conveniently located on the Snake River in Idaho Falls, The Buzz Factory features a picturesque backdrop with the latest in state of the art golf and sports simulator technology!
  • Do I have to have a membership to come in?
    NO! We are also open to the general public for simulator play, or just to come in, kick back, and have some fun!
  • How many golf courses can I play on?
    The Buzz Factory TruGolf simulators with E6 Technology feature over 100 professional and world renowned golf courses for you to choose from! We also feature driving range and putting games!
  • Do you have more games than just golf?
    We currently offer over 120 world renowned golf courses, plus driving range games, closest to the pin, battleship, darts, and more! PLUS, we now offer VIP Karaoke Lounges for an additional hourly charge!
  • What is a VIP Karaoke Lounge?
    Our VIP Karaoke Lounges are private rooms where up to 10 people can sing along to their favorite songs! Each room includes TV and Projector Screen setup, as well as tables, chairs, couches, and the coolest vibe in east Idaho! These are PERFECT for private parties and group get togethers!
  • How many people can I have in a VIP Karaoke Lounge?
    VIP Karaoke Lounges are available for groups up to 10 people!
  • What should I wear to throw axes?
    We do require closed-toe shoes for axe throwing. Hoodies or hooded jackets may be worn, but the hood must be tucked in to prevent the axe from catching it.
  • How long is each tee time/booking?
    Each booking is good for one hour of simulator time.
  • Can I come in without a tee time?
    Members have access to the facility at any time during open hours. General public can come in only during open hours!
  • Do you charge per simulator, or per person?
    The Buzz Factory charges per simulator, not per person. Check out our tee times and book HERE (link to our ticketing page)
  • How long does it take to play 18 holes on the simulators?
    It takes about 1 hour per person to play 18 holes. If your group hustles, this number can come down the more people are in your party.
  • Do you have food and drinks?
    Not only yes, but hell yes. The Buzz Factory has a self-serve PourMyBeer tap wall, as well as canned alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages. A small pub menu is also available featuring some of the best appetizer foods in east Idaho! Outside food and drinks are NOT allowed.
  • Do you provide all of the equipment?
    YES! Golf clubs (mens/womens/youth left and right) are provided, or you are welcome to bring your own! You must use our axes for axe throwing, no outside axes allowed!
  • Do I need to bring my own golf clubs?
    Golf Clubs – If you have your own set of clubs, bring them. If you don’t, we have a house set that you can borrow. The Buzz Factory provides golf balls during your tee time, but you are welcome to bring your own as well. Our simulators don’t require specific golf balls – practice with the balls you use out on the course for more accurate practice sessions. *Just make sure the golf balls don’t have any marks on them (if you mark your balls with marker, they ruin the screen).
  • How can I sign up for a membership?
    Buzz Factory seasonal or annual membership is the best and most affordable way to play! You can sign up for a membership online, or email info@thebuzzfactoryidaho.com.
  • What do I get with a membership?
    Our valued members receive all of the following benefits (in addition to being the coolest kids on the block): - Unlimited TruGolf simulator tee times (may book up to 2 concurrent times) - Bring up to 3 guests at no additional charge - Keycard/Passcode to the facility to use during non-staffed hours - 20% off all food, beverage, and official merchandise - Tournament & special event discounts - Priority access to annual memberships and renewals - Book tee times up to 14 days in advance **Limited memberships are available to ensure all members have access to simulators and the facility
  • How many people can play at one time?
    Simulators: Maximum of 6 people allowed per bay. Axe Throwing: Maximum of 4 people per lane. Karaoke Lounges: Lounge #1 Capacity - 10, Lounge #2 Capacity - 25
  • Are children allowed?
    Absolutely, we are an all ages venue until 9pm! We do require anybody under the age of 18 to be accompanied by an adult!
  • Can I rent out the entire facility?
    YES! The Buzz Factory is available for corporate events, birthday parties, holiday parties, and more! If you're interested in booking the venue for your party, send an email to katy@livealittleproductions.com!
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We understand things change, but hopefully they do more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled tee time. If you must cancel, doing so at least 24 hours prior to your tee time will grant you a full refund. If within 24 hours, you will be charged the full amount. No shows will also be charged the full amount.
  • Do you offer walk-ins?
    Absolutely! We do encourage you to check our available time slots online at www.thebuzzfactoryidaho.com! Cash or card accepted on site!
